The Era of the Commercial Application of 99% Efficiency Comes - Sungrow Will Show Up on the SNEC with High Efficiency String Inverters
The SNEC PV Power Expo (2014) will be open in Shanghai New International Expo Center on May 20. Sungrow's various new products and hot-sales will be presented on the expo, among which the first commercial string inverter with an efficiency of over 99% all over the world will make its debut. On this expo, Sungrow will continue to insist on the concept of helping clients and launch the total solutions to the PV system access and relevant application products to provide the most considerate designs for clients for different applications in desert power plants, hill power plants and distributed power plants, which shows Sungrow's design concept of accommodating the design to the local conditions.
Among the products presented in the expo, the SG60KTL string inverter has the power of 60kW and the inversion efficiency of over 99% and can be put into commercial applications. This product has a maximum efficiency 0.4% higher than that of the products on the market and is characterized in edge-cutting functions, including fast installation, whole plant commissioning, PID effect elimination, DC arcing detection, and string monitoring and diagnosis for PV modules, and thus enjoys high performance price ratio. It can effectively increase the yield of a PV power plant, reduce the cost in installation, commissioning and maintenance and enhance the safety detection and efficient operation guarantee to the DC side of PV modules, and is thus attractive to PV power plant investors.
